This is parts of a poem by David Levithan. Sorry, the scanner cut off the right edge. It says:

You've suffered through too many dates
you've fended off the ones who only want to mate
You're what they masturbate

*smiles* yeah, that verse made me laugh.
The image is okay. I , for some reason, like it alot. It's got a really soft feel to it
